Built in 1931 The Heatley Block building is one of the oldest mixed retail/residential building in Strathcona. Over the years many residents and businesses have called this Strathcona landmark home. Today it hosts an array of beloved shops such as Forastera Vintage, Ben’s Locksmith, Palace Tattoo and The Heatley Restaurant. In the back of the building and down the stairs is Andrew Olivers art studio where he paints and works on his artistic practice.
