Call For Short Films and Videos. Moving Art is the Eastside Culture Crawl’s annual curated projection of film and video. The videos/films will be shown online during the 2025 Eastside Culture Crawl in November. Submissions are open to film and video artists; the submitting artist does not have to be registered with the Crawl. Each year the theme is determined based on the films submitted. Artist are paid an Artist Fee.
