Come see a demonstration on how to approach quick watercolor portrait/figure painting from a live model using a quick sketch and a three value system of layering watercolor. This approach can be used for a loose style in the quick time limit of life drawing and also achieve dimensionality. I will also show my approach to design and composition of the figure, materials and watercolor basics when tackling the portrait/figure.
